I'm a new client, what should I bring to our first appointment?
We will need to know your pet's complete past medical history. You can email us the previous records before your initial exam or bring them to the hospital. Health records can include patient records from previous veterinarians seen, information from breeder/kennel/adoption agency, as well as current vaccination records.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, most major credit cards and CareCredit.
Do you offer a credit-on-account option for payment?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to extend credit on accounts. However, there are various independent companies that are able to offer credit options for your health and wellness needs, including veterinary care. Learn more about CareCredit here.
Do you offer puppy packages?
Yes we do! We know the costs incurred when first bringing home your new fur-baby can really start to add up. In an effort to help you save money while also staying up-to-date on all the important vaccinations and check-ups, we've bundled services together at a discount. Give our office a call to discuss which package might be best for you and your new puppy.

Does my pet need a current exam prior to receiving their vaccinations?
Yes they do. And here's why: the veterinary industry is ever-changing and the regulations are becoming stricter. But that's a good thing because keeping your pet safe entails maintaining thorough records and knowing about the pet's health status. We understand that some clients may only be interested in receiving vaccinations at our office instead of developing a long-term relationship. Because of this, we have set aside the first and third Thursdays of each month for our vaccination clinic. Vaccine clinic hours are 8am-4:30pm and patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis. It is strongly advised to arrive by 4pm since these clinic days can be quite busy and we vaccinate as many patients as we can by 4:30pm.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we do, for a fee. We are able to accommodate walk-in medical patients Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm. A walk-in fee will be assessed for this accommodation.
Are you looking for our vaccination clinic? These are held the first and third Thursdays of each month- no appointment or exam required on these clinic days.
Can you send a prescription to an outside pharmacy?
Yes, we can call in prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice with adequate notice and current labs on file. This means that we must have current blood work and/or tests on file in order to fulfill any prescription request. Without the proper test results on file, we are unable to verify your pet(s) current health standing (i.e. heartworm negative, proper internal organ function, etc.) and will therefore be unable to complete any prescription requests. It's in your pet's best health interest!
Please allow a minimum of two (2) working days for us to process your prescription request.
